What customers say?

“ I went for a meal with two friends. It's a hidden underground restaurant with a counter-style seating area and a very nice atmosphere. The food is delicious, of course, and you can enjoy various cuts of Japanese beef at reasonable prices. There are a wide variety of courses, but the sukiyaki is especially recommended. Next time I'll bring someone special. ”

“ This restaurant, located in the basement of Ginza, is like a hideaway for adults. There was only one course menu, and it consisted of shabu-shabu, steak sandwich, chateaubriand, and sukiyaki, so I was excited while waiting to see what would come next. Every dish was absolutely delicious. The shabu-shabu in particular was so good that I wanted to drink up all the broth! It was a truly luxurious course, where we were able to enjoy small portions of various cuts of meat. The service was very attentive, and the staff maintained just the right amount of distance, allowing us to spend a comfortable and blissful time. It's also recommended for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. ”

“ The food has a very refined taste and is highly satisfying. I would like to summarize the points that particularly impressed me below. ①Using plenty of branded beef (WAGYU) that is highly regarded in Japan. ②Using Japanese soup stock, a uniquely Japanese cooking method ③Enjoy traditional Japanese cuisine ④Feel the four seasons We hope that tourists visiting Japan will enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine at Kinza and create memories of their time in Japan. You'll be captivated by the charm of Japan, and by the time you finish eating, you'll probably want to come back again. ”

“ This is my second visit, and I'm bringing my friends along. The restaurant, which feels like an adult hideaway, is located down the stairs from the entrance. The atmosphere inside is calm, and the staff were attentive to my luggage and dining preferences, allowing us to enjoy our meal until the end. The quality of the meat dishes is particularly high. Recently, I've been prone to heartburn, but I found the dishes to be light and easy to eat without any heaviness. I highly recommend this place for meat lovers. It's especially great for enjoying with close friends or loved ones. ”

“ As others have said, you can enjoy delicious meat prepared in a variety of ways. Every dish is worthy of a main course, packed with the flavor of the meat and the careful attention to detail of the ingredients, yet not too greasy, making for a quick meal. The food is also visually stunning, and the fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine is beautiful, making it a restaurant that even international guests can enjoy. In particular, the fig and beef stew (pictured third) has a French feel, with a perfect balance of rich, tender beef, tart and sweet figs, and cream cheese. It's a dish I'd love to have again. The fruit for dessert is also carefully selected from specific regions, so it seems like it can be enjoyed in every season. In addition to alcohol, they also have a selection of high-quality teas, so I think everyone will enjoy a meal here. ”

“ Amazing place to experience wagyu beef in various authentic styles! I made a reservation through my concierge, and this restaurant was recommended by my Japanese friend. All the dishes were delicious, but my favorites were the beef tartare (Yukhoe) and the ribeye sukiyaki with black truffle. The beef tongue was also incredibly juicy. Everything was perfectly cooked and served on time. The tasting menu (Kinza Course) is ¥22,900, and I’m very satisfied with my visit. Highly recommended! ”

“ It was my family's first visit. It's a hidden gem on the basement floor. There's counter seating, but it's spacious and has a calming atmosphere. We had booked the Kinza course, and the staff were very attentive and explained the dishes to us in a timely manner that matched our eating pace. Each dish seemed small, but by the end we were left feeling very satisfied! As a woman in her 60s, I managed to finish it all just in time. My favorites were the beef tongue and meat sushi. I'd like to come again on a special occasion. Thank you! ”
